Michael D. Cassella, CET, is the Health and Safety Manager for BL Myers Bros of PA, Inc. A
Certified Environmental Safety and Health
Trainer (CET), he has presented over 8,000 hours
of instruction in safety and health topics
varying from construction safety to emergency
response and incidental command. He has worked
in the contracting industry as a safety resource
for ten years. In addition to safety, he is
certified by IGSHPA as a Certified Geothermal
System Installer.
Prior to joining BL Myers Bros, Mr. Cassella
worked as a loss control consultant for ECS
(currently XL Capital) and EHS consultant for
ERM. |
He has
worked with manufacturing, industrial, transportation,
and energy clients nationwide. Michael served as a
firefighter and EMT for 15 years and has numerous
certifications including hazardous materials incident
commander. He has a BS in Public Health from West
